Documentation Requirements

DEADLINE: Dec 7th of each year

Type of work we fund: We are primarily interested in work that has imagery which we define as video, animation, and/or internet visuals, with a music element. We prefer performed work in front of an audience. We do NOT fund individuals; you must be a Not-for-Profit organization or have your work sponsored by one.

Acknowledgement of received grant via email. Please send immediately.
501c3 paperwork
Documentation of the project if there was one created. [DVD, CD, Flashdrive, Hardrive] *No editing needed.
Any URLs documenting the performance.
Printed copies of any public relation materials or programs.

mediaThe foundation inc. We have a logo available for printed documents available in this web site for download. ***Please note mediaThe is one word and the only letter “T” is capitalized in the entire name.
