Documentation Requirements

DEADLINE: Dec 7^th of each year

Type of work we fund: We are primarily interested in organizations with projects that protect the environment. We do NOT fund individuals; you must be a Not-for-Profit organization.

Document Requirements: If awarded a grant, we must receive before December 1st of the year you received a grant the following documents. Please send to: mediaThe foundation, 32932 Pacific Coast HWY, Ste. 14-485, Dana Point, CA 92629

Acknowledgement of received grant email. Please send immediately.
501c3 paperwork
Documentation of the project if there was one created. [DVD, CD, Flashdrive, Hardrive] *No editing needed.
Any URLs documenting the project.
Printed copies of any public relation materials promoting the project.

mediaThe foundation inc. We have a logo available for printed documents available in this web site for download. ***Please note mediaThe is one word and the only letter “T” is capitalized in the entire name.
